Beyond reasonable doubt

I may have pulled the aforementioned caption from the crevices of the courtrooms; the term on its home turf is of great significance as it can change verdicts from black to white on its bear consideration.

However it somehow admonishes far more than the set connotations one may be used to within the confines of the courtrooms. When one reads 'beyond reasonable doubt' one may consider that the two latter words in the phrase constitutes its zest, but upon deep thinking the key word of the phrase in the former. If one imposes reasonable doubt on a single line of thought, the mere addition of 'beyond' ultimately is the distinguishing factor on the ideology one may opt for and the extent to which the two extreme point of views stretch on the same thought.

Someday it certainly might become one of the nagging topics to discuss in Babboo's mind and it might even urge NFP to launch his own brand of views from Saturn, like he usually does from Jupiter. It might even bring our neighbouring writer back from exile to break the ice, or put a shadow of doubt on Islamabad's timeline.

However our current state of politics, beyond reasonable doubt is now more affected by our politicians' conduct rather than the cash flow. It surely lets one wonder whether they are a special breed of diversely evolving species which hibernate for every four years rotationally and then revive with either fertile scalps renewed political canny and a renovated flair for rhetoric talk. It must also be noted that our fellow creatures of God, have a knack of acquiring amnesia (temporary forgetfulness of past deeds).

Since 9/11 there is reasonable doubt whether the entire world's evil came from South East Asia, North Americas or the Middle East. Certainly the old beliefs that evil was born as a result of the interaction between cults consisting of the rich and powerful figures of the world, seemed to be on tenterhooks.

Beyond reasonable doubt, the financial crisis of the preceding year has set the world on path of global recession. Not one single factor can be inculpated for the blame. One may argue that there is reasonable doubt, whether Uncle Sam's antics were mainly responsible, while views from Jupiter would debate that this virus spread from Atlantic's Bermuda Triangle and radiated in circular motion which resulted in a deadly fever, causing many major corps, to pack their bags and leave for good.

Al Gore's efforts for nature against global warming were beyond reasonable doubt a Nobel worthy performance. However there is yet much to wonder whether efforts made by industries and companies claiming to be 'going green' are up to par.

Nonetheless, there couldn't be reasonable doubt that all these factors, certainly are of reat insignificance when it comes to combating all the world's forces that stand up against our judicial system. Only rallies, violent protests accompanied with sticks and external infestation of fake black beetles can surely win a forever lost cause.
